What happens when I hit the free tier limits?
Your agents will pause once you've used your 50 monthly tasks. Your dashboard and data remain fully accessible. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to resume execution with unlimited tasks, or wait until the next billing cycle for your quota to reset.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely. You can downgrade from Pro to Free or cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. When you downgrade, you'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No contracts, no commitments.
What does "priority execution" mean on Pro?
Pro users get dedicated compute resources for their agents, meaning faster task execution and lower latency. Free tier users share a resource pool, which can occasionally mean slightly longer queue times during peak hours.
How does the API work?
The Runloop API lets you programmatically create tasks, trigger agents, and retrieve results. It's a RESTful API with JSON responses, authenticated via API keys you can generate in your Settings. Full documentation is available once you sign up for a Pro plan.
